— About FreeNav

Navigation makes flying and driving predictable.
We are making surgery predictable with GPS position tracking.

— OUR Mission

To improve access, quality of care and clinician experience by delivering superior EM tracking through purposeful partnerships.

— OUR Vision

To spark new possibilities for position tracking in healthcare applications.

— Founded 2021

Inspired by a pain point we felt first hand.

FreeNav was founded in 2021 to solve a specific gap: As medical procedures become less and less invasive, there is a greater need to navigate and understand how diagnostics and treatments are going to reach target anatomy. All diagnostics, therapies, and implants deserve this spatial intelligence – FreeNav makes that possible.

— OUR THESIS

Wireless tracking is the enabling layer for next-generation medtech; powering the shift to image-guided, robotic, and minimally invasive intervention, and expanding navigation from limited use cases to a scalable platform opportunity.

— Team

Experienced and accomplished MedTech Operators and Entrepreneurs who’ve done this before.

A leadership team with deep execution experience connecting the dots between unmet needs and solutions which span clinical specialties.
